GENERAL
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed in the A&A Market online store (www.aeamarket.fi). By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.
The seller reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice. The terms valid at the time of the order apply to that order.

PRODUCTS AND PRICES
All prices are in euros (€). Value-added tax (VAT) is included where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices, product availability, and to correct any errors.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Products are sold according to their descriptions.
ORDERING
An order is created when the customer confirms and pays for the order in the online store, or selects payment upon pickup.
The seller reserves the right to cancel an order if:
- the product is unavailable
- there is a pricing error
- the order cannot be fulfilled
PAYMENT METHODS
Available payment methods include card payments, MobilePay, Google Pay, and payment upon pickup. Payment methods may change without prior notice.
DELIVERY AND PICKUP
Delivery
Orders are delivered using the method selected by the customer to the provided address.
Delivery time is typically 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before confirming the order.
Pickup
Unpaid pickup orders are reserved for a maximum of 24 hours.
Prepaid orders are handed over upon presentation of valid identification.
Ownership of the product transfers only after full payment.
RETURNS
Customers have a 14-day return policy.
Returned products must be unused and in original packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return.
DEFECTS
If a product is defective, the customer has the right to compensation under consumer protection laws.

LIABILITY
Liability is limited to the value of the order unless otherwise required by law.
DISPUTES
Disputes will be resolved primarily through negotiation.
